Registered Nurse License?
I know Texas RN was caught stealing drugs codeine to patients' and had to go Program called 'CEPT' (not sure of the spelling) for the year and took the chance to prove his own urine. There are no marks on his license.So RN is able to find work anywhere in TX. I wonder if he wants to transfer her RN license in another state such as California or Washington would prevent it from obtain a new license? Thank you.
Yes, it could prevent it from obtaining a new license if the case was a criminal offense or prosecuted for her, but unfortunately not everyone checks and could not escape her, depending on what is needed for a particular job. Often, hospitals and employees need a license, there is no reason to audit FULL history.
